British World Touring Car Championship 2013 - 25-27 Hockenheim

So we're now finished up with the lovely German course.  Definitely a few nasty wrecks along the way.  I will note that this is the first weekend that I had no wins.  Here we go:

Race 1:
Darrel on pole, Sandy 22nd, Chad and I at the rear.  Chad had an anomalous black flag so there was a restart.  Start two made for some destructive twists as Darrel was rear ended and knocked back a bit.  After  a struggle he'd make it to 11th, not bad.  Sandy was involved in many a wreck but dished out equally what was served.  Still, 29th was all he could steal back from the horde.  Chad left early with some "connection issues".  I was at the front but thanks to James Thompson, got knocked back a whole lot and would have to settle for 4th.

Race 2:
Darrel was able to make another run for the pole and got it.  This time he'd hold it to the end.  I got up to 2nd with two to go when Plato ran afoul in the esses which scuppered the race.  I would only catch up to Darrel with a two second gap when the checkers came out.  A 1-2 still made for a good finish.  The Bear made up some good ground with a handful of great battles and finished just outside of the top twenty.

Race 3:
Damage full on and the gloves came off.  Humans at the back for a bloody crawl to the front.  Actually Sandy was starting 25th so not the back.  Anyway, Darrel had a big blow over in the first corner that would hurt him for the race.  But if you don't put Darrel down, he'll come back to make you regret it.  With some delicate maneuvering and well timed passes, he made it all the way to 13th from last and broken.  A big save for points.  I had a run in with Matt Neal early on which made the car excessively loose.  I spun a number of times and it led me to a meager 9th.  Sandy was leaping up the order, tromping the AI like they were pesky ants when suddenly...bad internet.  He was in the 20s positioned for teens or better when his connection flickered out.  No points will be scored for him this last race so he'll have some make up.

We now go to the last track of the entire EU down in Italy: Monza.  This road course is one of the easiest/simplest we hit, probably a 2 or 3 on a scale of 10.  Similar to Papyrus but not as destructive...OK, it shouldn't be as destructive.  Here's da numbers:
