50's Short Track Classic 2015

As we close the final pages of the last season, we quickly start anew.  This time we'll be using the Dirt 55 mod running on both paved and dirt short tracks.  Here's the breakdown:

Race Weekend
Cautions: On (may alter for select tracks); Weather: Realistic; Damage: R1-Moderate, R2-Full; Tire/Fuel Use: 3x-4x (expect at least one caution, though this may vary by track).

Each Race Weekend will consist of two races at a single track.  Here are the time tables (EST):

19:00-19:45 = Practice
19:45-19:50 = Qualifying
19:50-20:00 = Happy Hour
20:00~20:30 = Race 1
20:30-20:35 = Qualifying
20:35~21:00 = Race 2

Points
Each race will have a standard set of points for finishing positions:
1: 22
2: 21
3: 20
...
20: 3
21-30: 2
31-40: 1
41-43: 0

One bonus point will be awarded for a lap lead.  Points are not removed for DNFs.

Ballast
The top 10 from Race 1 can not score more than 13 points (excluding lap lead bonus) in Race 2 regardless of finishing position.

Rules
1. No whining.  Whiners will be immediately ostracized, degraded, and/or humiliated.
2. Regular black flags will apply.  These may only be cleared at my discretion.
3. Mulligan - If there's a yellow flag before any car completes lap 1, ONE restart will occur NO MATTER THE CIRCUMSTANCE.  Technical difficulties may suspend this rule.
4. Reckless driving will not be tolerated.  Minor offenders will be warned followed by black flags/lap penalties, point penalties and/or ejection.  This includes spinning opponents under caution to gain position, deliberately wrecking other vehicles, intentionally delaying/interrupting the race, provoking a caution, creating a non-racing disturbance and any other act that may qualify as unsportsmanlike.
5. Please be respectful during qualifying and cautions, reducing radio chatter so drivers can concentrate and receive important pit related information.
6. I may revise these rules or points at any time during the championship in the interest of competition (Jr/France rule)

Missed Races
Drivers may earn one make-up-race for every 4 races actually completed, up to 8 make-up-races. Make-up-race points are determined by the driver's average finishing position (rounded) as of the end of the series.  Should the average finishing position be greater than or equal to 10th, each make-up-race will be valued at the average finishing position's regular point value and 13, averaged together and rounded down.

Ex) 3 missed races with an average finish of 3rd:  Average of 20 and 13 = 16.5 = 16 points for each Make-up-race.

The final two races (final track) may not be covered by make-up-race points.
