2021-1 NASCAR Cup Series - Round 22: Watkins Glen

A small crowd for the otherwise famous track.

Race 1:

Tnadz took the pole while Zolecki was surprisingly at the back from a dissatisfying qualy.

In a quick attempt to climb the ladder, he was caught up in the 00's incident.

And then he sent The Bear for a spin.  There was little other gain for the rest of Race 1 while Tnadz was able to hold on to first for the first win in a while.

Race 2:

The second sprint was like the first with Jamie tanking another qualifying and having to fight from the back while Tnadz held the pole.

This time, The Egg was on board and charging up the order in Egg fashion.

As both contenders were marching towards the front, the 26 was closing in and just as he was setting up his move, The Egg had a wild adventure out of the bus stop, and both were involved.

By the end, Zolecki was within a few car lengths of taking 2nd while The Egg was a little further down due to various issues.

Tnadz seized the opportunity and grabbed a 2nd win for a turning of the Tide.

Race 3:

The finale was a change up at the start with Egg, GB and Tnadz right together.

And Smith's luck finally ran out, wiping out in the bus stop.

After the first round of stops, The Egg's undercut set him up just behind Tnadz for the lead.  But what happened to the Snaps?

Tech issues sent him packing.  Even after getting his lap back, it took to the end of the race to just barely crawl into 2nd again.

Tnadz celebrated his own hat trick.
