Pick10 - 1 & 2 Lowes

Not a bad start to the season.  Everyone was able to attend and we did fairly well considering the wild nature of the AI at this particular course.

Race 1:
After a couple restarts due to idiot AI spinning Darrel out, we got going with him and I in the front and Chad right behind.  Sandy, Scot, and Rob stayed towards the back.  Rob had some rather unfortunate connectivity issues and it was detrimental in his performance.  Still not last.  Scot worked his way up through the field for a 27th and Sandy and I were just up in front of him.  My car conveniently lost 4th gear with 4 to go.  I may have been OK but some idiot decided it was time for a pit and I had no room to dodge.  Darrel took the first win with Chad in tow.

Race 2:
Similar start to the previous race although Darrel had a spin and started in the back.  Chad was back a bit in 5th.  Rob's connectivity problems reached a peak when he appeared inside of another car and got completely wrecked.  Scot and Darrel had many issues with AI as they tried to work their way through the field and ended up just outside of scoring positions.  Sandy had an amazing last lap pass from 39th through 25th as he skirted past a horrendous crash.  I managed to hold on to fourth gear and take the win.

Next week is Golden Sands Day.
